What is the warranty for JUUL?

What is the return policy for JUUL?
Please carefully research the product before purchasing. Refunds are only available for new and unused products purchased on JUULvapor.com and you must reach out within 14 days of purchase to request a return. To begin a request, please contact us here, and our support team will assist you*. If the shrink wrap, box, or security sticker seal is broken; a refund cannot be honored. Devices purchased through an authorized JUUL retailer cannot be refunded by JUUL Labs and should be returned (unused) to the retailer directly.
Where do I find my JUUL Serial Number?
The JUUL Serial Number is eight characters (letters and numbers) engraved on the back of your device, just below the JUUL logo. It is not printed on the packaging or in any other location. For clarity, JUUL serial numbers will always use the number 0 (zero) and not the letter O (as in Oscar).
Where do I find the Batch Code on my JUULpods?
The JUULpod Batch Code is located on the back of the cardboard packaging just below the perforation. It is also printed on the reverse side of the JUULpod foil blister pack. The number may be 6-12 characters.

The fight against unauthorized and counterfeit products is a long-term commitment to quality and service by JUUL Labs.
