What's the soonest I can get my order?

Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority, but we also offer USPS Express 1-Day delivery. We ship Monday through Friday, with all orders placed before 12:00 PM PST shipping same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the next business day. *Delivery dates are only estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, national holidays, and some geographic locations.

What type of packaging will my order be delivered in?

Your order will be shipped in standard packaging.

What do I do if my parcel was not delivered?

If a package is not delivered, please call your local post office for immediate assistance with your parcel. We also recommend checking in with neighbors, front desk, mailrooms, or anywhere the package may have been delivered.

We recommend you file a claim with USPS by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS®. We can also file a claim for you if you contact the JUUL Care Team.

Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

What if the parcel is damaged?

If possible, please check the condition of your parcel before it is delivered. If it's at all damaged, don't accept it and hand it back to the courier to return to us. If you only discover that your parcel is damaged after it is delivered, please contact the JUUL Care Team. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking number. Your tracking information is also available in the Order History section of your account. Please expect 24 business hours before receiving your tracking details. Please note: your order confirmation email is sent immediately after your purchase, this is separate from your shipping confirmation email.

What are the options and requirements for adult signature?

Adult signature is available on every purchase for an additional fee, if desired. Additionally, adult signature may be required for certain orders, due to state or local regulations and will be added automatically at checkout.

What if I have items missing from my order?

If you discover that your order has missing items after it has been delivered, please contact the JUUL Care Team as soon as possible. Sometimes orders may ship in separate packages. If you have not received all of your items within 3 business days, please let us know. However, we also recommend confirming what items you ordered on your account dashboard. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery.
