If your JUUL Device is charging the LED light will pulse white when connected to the USB Charging Dock. If the LED light is not pulsing, try the following steps:
- Wiggle the device to see if it makes a clear connection with the USB Charging Dock.
- Switch to a different power source, either a USB wall adapter or a laptop USB port.
- In case of residue, gently clean the metal charge contacts on the bottom of your JUUL Device and the USB Charging Dock with a dry cotton swab.
- Gently double-tap your JUUL Device with your finger to see if it's already fully charged. Green means your JUUL Device is more than 50% charged.
If your JUUL Device is still not charging and is within the warranty period, submit a warranty claim for a replacement device. Fill out your information, then select "I have a product issue." After that, you can click to submit a warranty claim.
